Branding does not make a pool public. Keep it invitation-only for a signed-in member experience, or choose a public pool for a shareable standings page. Turning off search indexing does not make a public page private. Uploaded brand images have public file URLs; avoid sensitive artwork.
Company pool questions
Where does our branding appear?
With Commissioner Pro and custom identity enabled, the name, logo, banner, and colors appear in the signed-in pool hub. Public pools also carry that identity on public standings and team pages. Dashboard pool cards use the brand palette.
Can our pool be private and branded?
Yes. Set the pool to private and invite coworkers. Only signed-in members and the commissioner can see pool details. A public standings page is available only when the pool itself is public; disabling search indexing alone does not restrict access.
Do coworkers need accounts?
Yes. Coworkers sign in or create a free account to join by invitation and view a private pool. They do not each need Commissioner Pro; the pool owner's entitlement powers eligible in-pool features.
Can colleagues use English and French?
Yes. Each person can use PoolForge in English or French; additional interface languages are available too.
How many people can participate?
The current self-service limits are 10 managers on Free and 50 managers per pool on Commissioner Pro. The commissioner can run up to 15 pools per active season on Commissioner Pro.
