Acceptance of terms

By accessing PoolForge, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PoolForge. Pool administrators are responsible for compliance with local regulations.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your login.

Pool conduct

Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to manipulate pool results. We may suspend accounts that violate fair play guidelines.

Payments and prizes

Entry fees and payouts are managed by pool owners unless otherwise stated. PoolForge is not responsible for external payment disputes.

Premium trial

Eligible accounts receive one 14-day Premium trial without providing a payment card. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription and never autocharges. Premium-only data is retained after expiry but paid tools are locked until access is restored.

Recurring subscriptions and renewal

When you purchase Premium or Commissioner Pro, you authorize recurring monthly or annual charges at the total shown in Stripe Checkout. Your subscription renews on the stated cadence until canceled. Stripe processes subscription payments securely.

Currencies and taxes

Checkout is available in CAD, USD, and EUR. You must confirm the currency and total before purchase. EUR prices are presented with applicable VAT included. Applicable taxes may be added to CAD and USD totals at Checkout when required. An active subscription keeps its billing currency until it is canceled and replaced.

Cancellation and plan changes

You may cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. Same-cadence upgrades may be prorated immediately; downgrades and cadence changes may be scheduled for period end. Entitlements change only after Stripe confirms the authoritative subscription state.

Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Protected legacy prices

Existing paid subscriptions may continue renewing at their current Stripe Price. A voluntary package or billing-cadence change moves the subscription to the current catalog and permanently ends the protected price. We require an explicit confirmation before starting that change.

Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued with notice.
