Draft journey

From invitations to official rosters

  • Create and invite

    Choose exact position quotas, a clock, a timeout policy, a timezone, and an optional scheduled start, then invite at least one more active team.

  • Confirm the setup

    The commissioner confirms the settings and verifies that enough eligible NHL players exist to fill every roster.

  • Reveal order and build rankings

    A secure random snake order locks the participants. Frozen projections power the draft room's rankings and recommendations.

  • Open the lobby

    Managers review the order, prepare private queues and Do Not Draft lists, and mark themselves ready.

  • Draft and review

    Every legal selection updates the board and roster map. After the final pick, the commissioner reviews every assignment before finalizing.
